We are writing to express our appreciation for the service provided to us by Dick and Cecilia Pelascini in our recent real estate transactions. Dick and Cecilia first represented us as buyer's brokers; upon the completion of the purchase of our new home, we also used their services to sell our previous home.
We found the Pelascini's to be very service oriented. They were very responsive to our requests for MLS listings within the parameters we requested, but they also brought up other options for us to consider. They were readily available to provide information and answer questions. In cases where we could not reach them directly, they were always prompt in returning messages. Their behavior was very professional. They treated us and everyone with respect. They had good knowledge of market conditions, home and property values, and had excellent contacts within the real estate industry. They were attentive to small details that saved us money, such as using the same title company as was used during our refinancing, which saved us a few hundred dollars. They also had a working relationship with the escrow company discounts from which were passed on to us.
